Adding an attendance record
???This window lets you create manual attendance records and records of time given off work. When giving time off work, the dates and times must not conflict with those on existing attendance records e.g. time worked from 07:00 to 15:00 on 01/03/2007, time given off from 15:00 to 17:00 on the same date will be acceptable. However, time worked from 07:00 to 17:00 on 01/03/2007, time given off from 15:00 to 17:00 on the same date will not be accepted because the time given off overlaps the times shown on the attendance record.???
 Record created using button
This form is also used for changing an attendance record. If the record was created by converting clock movements, the button number appears here. For a manually created clock record or a record of time given off, the words "Hand record" or "Time-off" are shown.
