Functions dealing with button allocation.
 Take a button off an employee's name
This ets you do the following:
1. Cancel the allocation of a button to an employee. You can specify whether the button must remain in the master list or be deleted from it.
2. Remove an unallocated button from the master list.

 Issue a new button to an existing employee
This window lets you issue a new button to an employee for whatever reason (previous button lost, damaged etc.)
