You may have employees living on your premises who use water or electricity for which they are expected to pay, or an employee who has the use of a motor vehicle and must recompense you according to the distance travelled etc. You can enter anything of a similar nature (where an amount payable is calculated from the difference between two meter readings) into the system, and the amount will be deducted automatically from the employee's wages.
 Add new readings
Click here to add meter readings for all employees or a group of employees. This is the most efficient way to enter a large number of readings. The system will display an input form for each employee in succession. All you normally need to do each time is to enter the reading and save the record.

 Show history
Displays meter readings entered into the system by type (water, electricity etc.) and date. You can add readings and change or delete existing ones provided that they have not yet been reflected on any payslips. Adding readings in this way is meant mainly for those times when a small number of readings is involved or a new user must be introduced into the system.
