Interim savings transactions
This list shows all interim savings transactions i.e. withdrawals and additional deposits made by the employees over and above the fixed amounts deducted from their wages. Each time payslips are generated, these transactions are scanned to determine which of them should be taken into account for a particular payslip.
 Change view
Click a tab to view either deposits or withdrawals.

 Send to
This button (which becomes active as soon as the list contains one or more entries) allows you to print, export or e-mail the contents of the list.

 Insert
Create a deposit or withdrawal.
|

 Change
Edit the highlighted transaction. If the transaction has already appeared on a payslip it cannot be changed, and the system will advise you of this.

 Delete
Delete the highlighted transaction. The system will refuse to do so if the transaction has already appeared on a payslip.

 Close
Close the window.
