This is a list of meter readings entered into the system. It is accessible via the "Show history" button on the meter readings menu. Reading records can be displayed by date or employee, and can be created, changed or deleted.
 Change view
Click the tabs to switch between viewing readings for a specific date or a specific employee.

 Send to
This button (which becomes active as soon as the list contains one or more entries) allows you to print, export or e-mail the contents of the list.

 Insert
Click here to add a new reading.
|
|
 Change
Edit the highlighted record. This will only be allowed if a deduction for that reading has not yet appeared on a payslip.
|
|
 Delete
Delete the highlighted record. This will only be allowed if a deduction for that reading has not yet appeared on a payslip.

 Select employee
Displays a list from which you can select an employee.
|

 Close
Close the window.
