Use this window to make a specific change to any number of personnel records in a single operation. Click the box to the left of a name to select that employee. Click it again to cancel the selection. You can also right-click anywhere on the list to obtain a menu providing useful selection options. "Piece-workers" in the bottom right-hand corner of the window indicates that piece-workers are highlighted in green.
 Sort order
Click the tabs to view the list in either surname or employee number order.

 In service selector
Click here to show or hide all employees no longer in your service.

 Send to
This button (which becomes active as soon as the list contains one or more entries) allows you to print, export or e-mail the contents of the list.

 Change personal data
Replace certain employee-specific data items such as occupation, conversion method, language etc. with new values.

 Change gross pay
Change the wage frequency and gross pay.

 Change UI-19 values
Change certain values applicable to the UI-19 form.

 Change Pastel values
Change the Pastel values stored in the employee records.

 Locator field
Typing a surname here (or the employee number, depending on the sort order) will make the cursor jump to that employee, or you can use the normal navigation buttons (up, down, page-up and page-down) to find a specific employee.
