Employee master table

Employee master table
 
A list of all employees in the system. You can create, change or delete employee records and perform other actions as well. The list displays the employees by surname, employee number or name (as shown on clock) and provides pertinent information about each one. The status column indicates whether the person is currently in your employ or has left for some reason.

Sort order

Click here to sort the list by surname, employee number or employee name (as shown on clock).

Click here to include ex-employees in the list.

Locate specific employee

3. Locate specific~employee
Typing a surname here (or the employee number or employee name, depending on the sort order) will make the cursor jump to that employee, or you can use the normal navigation buttons (up, down, page-up and page-down) to find a specific employee.

Insert

4. Insert
Click to add a new employee record. This will open the window shown here.

Change

5. Change
Click to change the highlighted employee's details.

Delete

6. Delete
Click to delete the highlighted employee record. This will delete ALL data for that person but will ONLY work if he/she has been out of your employ for at least three years.

Close

Close the window.

Data sheet

8. Data sheet
Print a single page containing all data for the highlighted employee.

Certificate of service

Print a standard certificate of service.

Button issue

10. Button issue
Print a button issue sheet identifying the employee receiving a button, and detailing basic rules for the clocking system.

UI-19

Print a UI-19 form for the highlighted employee.

Certificate of service and UIF

Print a certificate of service for the highlighted employee, complete with UIF details.
 
Please make regular backups! We cannot help you recover from disaster without a recent backup.
