List of time programme links
This window allows you to administer the linking of employees to standard time programmes. These links have a validity period (an employee is linked to a programme from a specific date and time until a specific date and time). Leaving the end date and time BLANK is the same as saying "Link the employee to this time programme until further notice".
 Change view
Clicking "Date range" will enable you to enter two dates. The system will display all time programme links whose "From date" lie within the chosen period.

Click here to select an employee from a list.

 Send to
This button (which becomes active as soon as the list contains one or more entries) allows you to print, export or e-mail the contents of the list.

 Insert
Click here to link an employee to a time programme.
|
|
 Change
Click to change the highlighted link.
|
|
 Delete
Click to remove the highlighted link.
|

 Close
Close the window.
